As [[Larani (goddess)|Laranian]] temples go, this one is fairly small and modest. The warm metallic yellow of many of the ornaments is good brass, not the gold that some believed. Tapestries on the walls told the stories of Larani’s war against [[Agrik (god)|Agrik]] the Lord of Fire and War, and of her kinship with [[Peoni (goddess)|Peoni]], the gentle goddess of healing and agriculture. Statuettes in niches were of prominent knights and saints: Saint Ambrathas of Alamire; Saint Perelyne, the first Laranian pontiff; Saint Toryne the Pious; Saint Peloran, and even Saint Shobald.

The wooden pews are simple in design but solidly-built and widely-spaced, giving adequate room for knights in armor to kneel and pray without smacking their weapons against the furniture. Windows of pale stained glass, narrow but tall and staggered zig-zag fashion run from the vaulted ceiling nearly to the ground, providing light throughout the day without providing entry to a would-be threat.

At the left side behind the altar, as was common on the Laranian temples, is a raised platform for musicians. Directly behind the altar itself, in front of a beautifully-done stained glass depiction of her castle Dolithor, are slightly larger-than-life-sized statues of Larani in both of her twin forms. To the left, she is shown clad in a white robe with red trim and ornaments of silver, in the beautiful Aspect of the Lady of Paladins. On the right, closest to a knight’s sword arm, she is shown in the blood-red mail called Angcaradina, bearing Avarkiel the sword that strikes true, and carrying Hyvrik her shield with its characteristic checkerboard pattern in white and red.

The altar itself is simple in design. This one is little more than a table shaped of a single massive piece of gray stone. In the center was a fire sconce at chest height, and several containers of blessed items needed for services.
