Mornisar (hundred moot)

From "In Genin's Footsteps" by Julian Verdreth, 715 TR: [1]

Just 2 or 3 arrow-shots beyond Kobing lies Mornisar, a small village headed by a bailiff. It says much that within a league of Kobing as you head south between the hills on the Trail, there are two villages with stone keeps and one (Tabral) with a wooden keep.

From Kobing to Oselbridge is about 13 dangerous leagues through Pagaelin territory. The easy part is over.

Mornisar is indeed a small place, less than a hundred people. The stone keep is much older than the surrounding buildings with was scorching on the stones from hostilities some 20 years ago when one of the Pagaelin warrior bands got this far. The previous Load Firith doesn’t want people to forget so he moved the Hundred Moot here. [2]
